- Heat treating: Pre-formed bundles pass into pre-heated dies. The heat cures the thermosetting resin to impart a uniform profile.
- Pulling and cutting: Clamps and caterpillar tracks pull the cured FRP profiles from the dies. A series of cut-off saws processes them into required lengths.
